The present web site AFFLUENCE Group contains features of services that we offer
/ propose to offer in due course. We intend to launch certain services conforming
to the given features in toto. However, due to business needs and regulatory requirements,
the final launch may contain variations. The launch of such services is subject
to the clearance of the regulators, viz: the Securities and Exchange Board of India
(SEBI), the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) and the Stock Exchange,

be entitled to its online investing services. AFFLUENCE Group also reserves the
right to decide on the criteria based on which customers would be chosen to participate

Offer of free demat and bank account is applicable only to the new demat and bank
account, which would be opened as a part of the securities trading Account. Where
the customer opts to link an existing bank and demat account to the securities trading
account, all the charges that have already been paid by customers on the operation
of demat and bank account before the date of linking with e-trading account would
continue to be borne by the customer and AFFLUENCE Group would not reimburse any
charges already incurred by the customer.

The service is proposed to be offered for investment in stocks traded on the NSE
and the BSE.

This service is being offered only to residents of India and is presently not available
to foreign residents including non-resident Indians ("NRIs") in foreign jurisdictions
where the services cannot be offered without prior regulatory compliance. In such
cases, due efforts are being made to comply with regulatory requirements in various
jurisdictions, which shall be notified from time to time. This service does not
constitute on offer to sell or a solicitation to any person in any jurisdiction
