| This is with reference to the captioned subject and as per SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2019/140 dated 21st November, 2019, where SEBI directed that every listedentities should submit disclosure of defaults on payment of interest / repayment of principal amount on loansfrom banks/financial institutions and unlisted debt securities with in 7 (seven) days from the end of eachquarter.To comply with the aforesaid direction of the SEBI the Company is submitting herewith disclosure of defaultson payment of interest / repayment of principal amount on loans from banks / financial institutions andunlisted debt securities for as on 31st March, 2024. |
