| AYM Syntex Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'The Company has received an Order from the Commercial Tax Officer, Karnataka, intimating the conclusion of GST audit proceedings initiated under section 73 of the CGST / KGST Act, 2017 for the Financial Year 2018-19. During the proceedings, the Company provided necessary explanations and documents to substantiate the determination of taxes in the GST filings. Subsequently, the proceedings have been dropped by the aforementioned authority without any additional tax demand.
