As per the provisions of regulation 161 of SEBI(ICDR) Regulations, 2018, the relevant date for determining the issue price of the warrants was February 12, 2024. Accordingly, as per the provisions of Regulation 164(1) of SEBI(ICDR) Regulations, 2018, Issue Price of Warrants has been fixed at Rs. 2.50/- (Two Rupees and Fifty Paisa Only) per warrant [including a premium of Rs 1.50/- (One Rupee and Fifty Paisa only)]. The issue size for the preferential allotment would aggregate to Rs. 90,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Crore only) consisting of 36,00,00,000 (Thirty-Six Crore) convertible equity warrants at a price of Rs. 2.50/- (Two Rupees and Fifty paisa only) per warrant [including a premium of Rs 1.50/- (One Rupee and Fifty Paisa only)].
