Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2020; 2. Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2020; and 3. Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter & year ended 31st March, 2021. Further, pursuant to Company's Code for 'Prevention of Insider Trading', the Trading Window of the Company as intimated earlier vide our letter dated 25th May, 2022 shall continue to remain closed till further notice in view of pending financial results of the Company.
