Voluntary Delisting of Shares & The Company has received letters from the Promoters of the Company viz. Assam Tea Frontiers Ltd. UK, Mr. Karan Paul, Ms. Shirin Paul and Ms. Priya Paul dated September 03, 2007 respectively intending to delist the shares of the Company from the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. The Promoters have further informed that Apeejay House Pvt Ltd, person acting in concert with the Promoters shall make the offer to acquire the shares in the delisting offer. The Company has also been requested to convene a board meeting of the Company to discuss the matter and give its approval for the proposed voluntary delisting of its shares in accordance with the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003. Accordingly, the Company has called for a Board Meeting of the Company to be held on September 04, 2007 to take up the above matter.
