Subsequently these financial results will be filed with the stock exchange. Further, as per the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from February 07, 2018 to February 16th, 2018 [both days inclusive] for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2017.
