Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that 04/2017-18 Board Meeting of Jaysynth Dyestuff (India) Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday,13th November, 2017 at 12.00 Noon at the Registered Office of the Company at 301, Sumer Kendra, P.B Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400 018 inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017. Further, the Trading Window in the Equity Shares of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by Insiders and for Fair Disclosure, 2015 shall be closed from Friday,3rd November, 2017 and continue to remain closed till Wednesday, 15th November, 2017 (both days inclusive).
